Hi, I’m Melody—a UNC grad with a Sociology degree, a laser & UV printer (okay an equipment) obsession, and a serious talent for turning chaos into cash flow.

I started my business in the most glamorous place imaginable: our garage. While wrangling two toddlers and a house full of snacks, I was attempting to laser-cut earrings on a Glowforge and getting real frustrated trying to find the materials I needed. So I did what any slightly sleep-deprived, wildly determined mom would do—I found the good stuff myself, bought way too much of it, and sold the leftovers. Spoiler alert: they sold out. Fast.

Fast-forward a few years, and I’m now the founder and co-owner of CMB Acrylic, a multi-million dollar supply company with over 1000 acrylic options and a reputation for fast shipping, quality materials, and the kind of customer service that actually gives a damn.

But the real magic? I built this business from scratch—no investors, no secret sauce, no fancy warehouse team. Just systems, strategy, and a whole lot of hustle (and maybe a meltdown or ten between school pickups).
